Arnab Goswami Arrested

         अर्नब गोस्वामी और शिव सेना कि गठबंधन कि सरकार के बीच चल रही  जंग मे आज बहोत ही निंदनीय बात घटीत हो गयी है....आज अर्नब गोस्वामी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है. आखिर इस गिरफ्तारी कि वजह क्या है? क्या ये गिरफ्तारी सही है?  क्या ये गिरफ्तारी बदले कि भावना से कि गयी है? इन्ही सवालों का जवाब आज मै आपको इस ब्लॉग मे दूंगा. 

             

        पिछले कही दिनो से अर्नब गोस्वामी के तिखे सवालों से महाराष्ट्र सरकार कि नींद उडी हुई थी. ऐसे मे सरकार कि ओर से अर्नब गोस्वामी को रोखने के लिए कही सारे प्रयास किये जा रहे थे. फिर वो महाराष्ट्र के सरकार कि ओर से सारे केबल ऑपरेटर्स को चिट्ठी लिखकर अर्नब गोस्वामी का चैनल रिपब्लिक भारत का प्रसारण को बंद करने कि कोशिश हो या फिर TRP घोटाले के नाम पर किये गये FIR मे रिपब्लिक भारत चैनल का नाम ना होते हुए भी रिपब्लिक भारत चैनल को बदनाम करने कि कोशिश हो.

       हर बार मुखी खाने के बाद आज महाराष्ट्र पुलीस द्वारा अर्नब गोस्वामी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है....वो भी दॊ साल पहले के केस के नाम पर. क्या है ये पुरी बात हम जानते है.

        दरअसल  दॊ साल पूर्व एक नायक नामक व्यक्ती ने आत्महत्या कर ली थी जिसने अपने खत मे मरने से पहले अर्नब गोस्वामी और अन्य दॊ लोगों के  नाम लिखे थे और अपने आत्महत्या के लिए उनको जिम्मेदार माना था. इस व्यक्ती के खत के अनुसार अर्नब गोस्वामी को उनके पैसे लौटाने थे जो कि ना मिलने कि वजह से उस व्यक्ती ने आत्महत्या कर ली थी. इसके चलते आत्महत्या के लिए उकसाने के आरोप मे 5 मई 2018 को अलिबाग,  महाराष्ट्र पुलिस ने अर्नब गोस्वामी के खिलाफ एक FIR दर्ज कि थी. बाद मे पिछले साल ही इस केस पर पुरी जांच करने के बाद इसी महाराष्ट्र कि रायगड पुलीस ने अर्नब गोस्वामी के खिलाफ कोई सबूत ना मिलने का ब्योरा देते हुए 26 एप्रिल 2019 मे कोर्ट मे एक समरी दायर करते हुए एक तरह से इस केस को बंद कर दिया था. जरुरी बात ये है कि उस वक्त अर्नब गोस्वामी कि किसी तरह कि गिरफ्तारी नहीं कि गयी थी. 

                

        पर अब उस आत्महत्या किये व्यक्ती कि बेटी ने फिर से अर्नब गोस्वामी के खिलाफ शिकायत दर्ज कि  है. जिसके चलते अर्नब गोस्वामी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है. उसके पहले कुछ और बाते है जो हमे जानना बहोत जरुरी है. जुलै 2020 मे नायक परिवार  इस केस को फिर से खोलने के लिए मुंबई हाय कोर्ट मे एक अपील करता है और फिर पिछले महिने 12 अक्तूबर को नायक परिवार पुलिस से मिलता है और आगे कि जांच कि मांग करता है. फिर इसके तुरंत बाद सुशांत केस और  पालघर केस मे सुस्त तरिके से काम करनेवाली पुलिस  केवल 3 दिन बाद ही अलिबाग पुलिस कि CID युनिट ने 15 अक्तूबर 2020 को अदालत को ये बता दिया के वो इस केस कि नये सिरे से जांच शुरु कर रही है.       

         इन सारी हरकतो से कही सारे सवाल खडे हो रहे है. जिसके बारे मे हम सबको बहोत जादा सोचने कि जेरुरत है. 

, 1- एक साल पहले पुलिस ने जिस केस को ये कहते हुए बंद कर दिया था के इस केस मे हमारे पास अर्नब गोस्वामी के खिलाफ कोई सबूत नहीं है,  ऐसे मे आज जब अर्नब गोस्वामी अपने सवालों से महाराष्ट्र सरकार को घेर रहे थे, ठीक उसी वक्त पुलिस को अर्नब गोस्वामी के खिलाफ ऐसा क्या मिल गया के उनको सीधा गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया?  

2- अर्नब गोस्वामी जैसे प्रतिष्ठोत व्यक्ती कि जांच उसे कानूनी तरिके से नोटीस भेजकर कि जा सकती थी पर बिना किसी नोटीस के सीधे गिरफ्तार कर इस तरह कि जांच क्यो? 

3- जांच के दौरान अर्नब गोस्वामी को अपने वकील से बात करने का मौका ना देते हुए इस तरह कि जांच क्यो? 

        ये सारी चीजे देखने के बाद ये क्यो ना कहा जाये कि ये सरकार बदले कि भावना से काम कर रही है. क्या सरकार के खिलाफ आवाज उठाने पर और सच को सामने लाने कि कोशिश करने पर इस तरह बदले कि भावना से काम किया जायेगा? आज ये सवाल सभी के दिल मे आ रहे है. संजय राऊत जी कहते है ठाकरे सरकार बनने के बाद से हमने कभी बदले कि भावना से काम नहीं किया. तो कंगना राणावत का ऑफिस पर बुलडोजर चलाना और अर्नब गोस्वामी को रोखने कि कोशिश करते हुए आखिर आज उन्हे गिरफ्तार कर लेना क्या है. महाराष्ट्र कि और देश कि जनता इतनी मूर्ख नहीं है के इन बातों को ना समझे.

       आज हम सब को महाराष्ट्र सरकार के इस बदले कि भावना से किये जाने वाले व्यवहार कि निंदा करनी चाहिये. ऐसे व्यवहार को आज हम सबको मिलकर रोकने कि जरुरत है ताकी देश मे अभिव्यक्ती कि आजादी बनी रहे. 

       महाराष्ट्र सरकार कि इस व्यवहार से मुझे 1975 मे लगीं इमर्जंसी कि याद आ रही है जिसने हमारे संविधान के चौथे स्तंभ मीडिया पर कडा आघात किया था. आज महाराष्ट्र सरकार कि इस व्यवहार को मै आपातकाल ही समझता हू. साथ ही मै अर्नब गोस्वामी कि इस गिरफ्तारी कि पुरी तरह से निंदा करता हू. दोस्तो आप क्या सोचते है ये आप हमे नीचे कंमेंट बॉक्स मे जरूर बतायें.

         In the ongoing war between Arnab Goswami and the coalition government of Shiv Sena, a lot of condemnation has happened today…. Arnab Goswami has been arrested today.  After all, what is the reason for this arrest?  Is this arrest right?  Have these arrests been made with a sense of revenge?  Today I will answer these questions in this blog.

            

          For the last few days, the sleep of the Government of Maharashtra was blown away by the questions of Arnab Goswami.  In such a situation, all efforts were being made by the government to stop Arnab Goswami.  Then, by writing a letter to all the cable operators on behalf of the government of Maharashtra, Arnab Goswami's attempt to stop broadcasting the channel Republic India or Republic India despite the name of the Republic India channel in the FIR done in the name of TRP scam  Try to discredit the channel.

          Arnab Goswami has been arrested by the Maharashtra police today after eating food every time .... that too in the name of the case of two years back.  What is this, we know the whole thing

           Actually, a person named Nayak committed suicide two years ago, who had written the names of Arnab Goswami and other two people before he died in his letter and held him responsible for his suicide.  According to this person's letter, Arnab Goswami was supposed to return his money, which he had committed suicide due to not getting it.  Due to this, Alibag, Maharashtra Police had filed an FIR against Arnab Goswami on 5 May 2018 on charges of abetment to suicide.  Later last year, after conducting a full investigation on this case, the same Raigad police of Maharashtra filed a summary in the court on 26 April 2019, giving details of no evidence against Arnab Goswami and closed the case in a way.  Had given.  It is important that Arnab Goswami was not arrested at that time.

                

           But now the daughter of that suicide person has again filed a complaint against Arnab Goswami.  Due to which Arnab Goswami has been arrested.  Before that there are some more things that we need to know.  In July 2020, the Nayak family makes an appeal to the Mumbai High Court to reopen the case and then on 12 October last month, the Nayak family meets the police and demands further investigation.  Then soon after, the police working diligently in the Sushant case and Palghar case, just 3 days later, the CID unit of Alibag police informed the court on 15 October 2020 that it was starting a fresh investigation into the case.

           All these questions are raising many questions.  About which we all need to think a lot more.  

1- A year ago, the police closed the case saying that in this case we have no evidence against Arnab Goswami, in such a situation today when Arnab Goswami was besieging the Maharashtra government with his questions, at the same time the police  What did he get against Arnab Goswami that he was arrested?

 2-  A person like Arnab Goswami could have been investigated by sending a notice to him in a legal manner, but without arresting him without any notice, why such an investigation?

 3- During the investigation, why not give Arnab Goswami a chance to talk to his lawyer?

          After seeing all these things why should it not be said that this government is working with the spirit of change.  Will raising the voice against the government and trying to bring out the truth, work in such a way that it will be changed with emotion?  Today these questions are coming in everyone's heart.  Sanjay Raut ji says since the formation of Thackeray government, we have never acted with change in spirit.  So what is Kangana Ranaut's bulldozer doing at the office and trying to stop Arnab Goswami and arrest him today?  The people of Maharashtra and the country are not so foolish as to not understand these things.

          Today all of us should condemn the behavior of the Government of Maharashtra in this changed spirit.  Today we all need to stop such behavior together so that freedom of expression remains in the country.

          I am reminded of the emergence of the Emergency in 1975 by the Government of Maharashtra, which severely hit the media, the fourth pillar of our Constitution.  Today, I understand this behavior of the Government of Maharashtra as an emergency.  Also, I completely condemn this arrest of Arnab Goswami.  Friends, what do you think, you must tell us in the comment box below.
