HIJAB Controversy - Karnataka

"हिजाब"...... इस शब्द का मतलब आज से पहले बहोत कम लोग जानते थे. पर आज पुरा भारत देश और पुरी दुनिया हिजाब के बारे मे जानने लगी है और इसके पीछे कि मुख्य वजह भारत देश के कर्नाटक राज्य मे जोर शोर से चल रहा "हिजाब" विवाद है. क्या है यह हिजाब विवाद? क्यों हो रहा है यह विवाद? क्या यह विवाद राजनैतिक है?

इन सारे सवालों का जवाब इस ब्लॉग मे मिल जायेगा.

        

1- क्या है यह विवाद?

         कर्नाटक के एक स्कुल मे कुछ मुस्लिम लडकीया हिजाब पहनकर स्कुल जाती है. स्कुल प्रशासन कि ओर से उन लडकियों को बताया जाता है कि स्कुल मे हिजाब को अनुमती नहीं है क्यों कि वह एक धार्मिक पहचान है. स्कुल मे हर एक बच्चा केवल स्कुल के युनिफॉर्म मे ही आ सकता है.... जो कि बिलकुल सही है. हर एक स्कुल के अपने कायदे औरहो कानून होते है... जिसके हिसाब से हर एक विद्यार्थी को उसका पालन करना होता है....चाहे वह विद्यार्थी किसी भी धर्म से जुडा हो.

        पर कुछ मुस्लिम समाज को यह बात गलत लग जाती है. इसी बीच कुछ लडकीया हिजाब पहनकर इस बात का विरोध करने लगती है. इस विरोध के जवाब मे हिंदू लडके भी भगवा वस्त्र पहनकर स्कुल मे आ जाते है. मुस्लिम धर्मगुरू इस चीज को धर्म से जोडने लग लगते है . महाराष्ट्र मे बडी सभा बुलाकर "बुरखा" दिवस मनाया जाता है. देखते ही देखते यह मुद्दा राष्ट्र का मुद्दा बन जाता है.. बहोत सारे राज्यों मे विरोध प्रदर्शन किये जाते है. यहाँ तक कि यह मुद्दा कोर्ट मे चला जाता है. कोर्ट कि सुनवाई के दौरान न्यायाधीश ने इस केस को आगे जादा न्यायाधीश के पेनल को सुपूर्त कर देता है और इस बडे पेनल ने कोर्ट कि आगे कि सुनवाई सोमवार 14 फेब्रुअरी तक के लिये सुरक्षित रख देता है. साथ ही यह भी कह दिया के कोर्ट भावनात्मक रूप से नहीं बल्की संवैधानिक रूप से सुनवाई करेगी और सुनवाई होने तक कोई भी विद्यार्थी स्कुल मे धार्मिक परिधान करके नहीं जा सकता. 

        कोर्ट के इस बात का भी विरोध करते हुये मुस्लिम समाज के तरफ से उनके वकील ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट मे अपील करते हुये गुजारिश कि के इस केस कि सुनवाई जल्द से जल्द हो. पर उनकी इस गुजारिश को साफ नकारते हुये सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कह दिया के  हाय कोर्ट कि सुनवाई के बाद ही सुप्रीम कोर्ट इस केस पर अपनी राय रखेगा.

2- क्यों हो रहा है यह विवाद?

        इस विवाद के पीछे कही कारण सामने आ रहे है. यह जो कुछ मुस्लिम समाज के लोग विरोध कर रहे है, उनका कहना है कि हिजाब हमारा हक है और सरकार हमारा धार्मिक हक हमसे जबरदस्ती छिन रही है. साफ तौर पर यह लोग इस बात को धर्म से जोड रहे है. जब कि सच बात यह है कि इस बात का धर्म से कोई संबंध नहीं है. हर स्कुल का अपना एक युनिफॉर्म होता है. जिसका मतलब हर एक विद्यार्थी को एक रंग मे और एक समान दर्शाना होता है.... पर इस बात को ना समझते हुये इस बात को धर्म से जोडकर इसका विरोध किया जाता है और बेवजह पुरे देश का माहौल खराब कर दिया जाता है. जिस प्रकार CAA के विरोध मे हुआ था. यह वही लोग है जो CAA का बिरोध करते थे जब कि CAA कानून का किसी भारतीय मुसलमान से कोई संबंध नहीं था. आज भी ऐसा ही विरोध हो रहा है जब कि इस मुद्दे का मुस्लिम धर्म से कोई संबंध नहीं है.

          

        

3- क्या यह विवाद राजनीती से जुडा है?

           इस विवाद कि सबसे मजेदार बात यह है कि 2021 के आखिर तक सभी मुस्लिम छात्राए स्कुल मे हिजाब के बिना आती है और अचानक 2 जनवरी 2022 को हिजाब पहनकर आती है. उसके बाद ठीक उत्तर प्रदेश के वोटिंग के दौरान यह विरोध एक उग्र स्वरूप प्राप्त कर देता है. कही सारे विपक्षी दल के नेता इस मुद्दे को अपने भाषण मे जिक्र करते हुये एक विशेष राजनैतिक पार्टी को धर्म विरोधी और खास तौर पर मुस्लिम विरोधी होने का दावा करते है.  जब कि इस मुद्दे का मुस्लिम धर्म से कोई संबंध नहीं है. यह बात पढा लिखा और समझदार मुसलमान ठीक से समझ रहा है. इन सारी बातों का सही से संज्ञान लिया जाये तो इस विरोध के पीछे साफ तौर पर राजनैतिक महत्वाकांक्षा और निजी स्वार्थ दिखाई देता है. जिसके चलते मासूम मुस्लिम बेटीयो का इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है.

          यह बात बहोत ही गलत है. इसे रोकने कि आवश्यकता है. आज लडकीया लडकाँ से आंख से आंख मिलाकर और कँधे से कँधा मिलाकर आगे बढ रही है....

 चाँद पर पहूच गयी लडकीया....... ऐसे मे उन्हे पर्दे मे रखना है क्या सही है??????

केवल स्कुल के अनुशासन के तहत हिजाब बंदी को धर्म से जोड देना क्या सही है?????

सारे विद्यार्थी ओंको एक सूत्र मे बांधने के लिये सारे विद्यार्थी ओंको एक युनिफॉर्म से जोड देने को "पहले हिजाब फिर 'किताब" के नारे के साथ जोड देना क्या सही है????

स्कुल के अनुशासन से जुडे मुद्दे को धर्म का मुद्दा बनाकर देश का माहौल बिघाड देना क्या सही है????

English Translation

        Hijab"...... The meaning of this word was known very little before today. But today the whole of India and the whole world have started understanding. And the main reason behind this is the loud noise going on  "Hijab" controversy in the Karnataka state of India.   What is this controversy? Why is this controversy happening? Is this controversy political?

 The answer to all these questions will be found in this blog.

 1- What is this controversy?

 In a school in Karnataka, some Muslim girls go to school wearing hijab.  Those girls are told by the school administration that hijab is not allowed in the school because it is a religious identity.  Every child in school can come only in school uniform….which is absolutely right.  Every school has its own rules and regulations... according to which every student has to abide by it....regardless of what religion the student belongs to.

 But some Muslim society started getting this thing wrong.  Meanwhile, some girls started protesting against this by wearing hijab.  Muslim religious leaders started connecting this thing with religion.  In Maharashtra, "Burkha Day" was celebrated by calling a large gathering.  Seeing this issue became an issue of the nation. Protests started in many states.  Even today this issue has gone to court.  During the hearing of the court, the judge forwarded this case to the higher judge's panel and this larger panel kept the court pending till Monday 13 February.  At the same time, it has been said that the court will not hear emotionally but constitutionally and no student can go to school wearing religious clothes till the hearing is done.

 Opposing this point of the court, his lawyer on behalf of the Muslim society appealed to the Supreme Court and requested that the hearing of this case should be done at the earliest.  But refusing his request, the Supreme Court said that only after the hearing of this High Court, the Supreme Court should give its opinion on this matter.

 2- Why is this controversy happening?

 Some reasons are coming out behind this controversy.  Whatever people of Muslim society are opposing, they say that hijab is our right and the government is forcibly snatching our religious right from us.  Clearly these people are connecting this thing with religion.  Whereas the truth is that this thing has nothing to do with religion.  Every school has its own uniform.  Which means every student has to be shown in the same color and same….. but not understanding this thing is opposed by linking it with religion and unnecessarily spoils the atmosphere of the whole country.  The way it happened in protest against CAA.  These are the same people who used to oppose the CAA when the CAA law was not related to any Indian Muslim.  Similar protests are taking place even today when this issue has nothing to do with Muslim religion.

3- Is this controversy related to politics?

 The funniest thing about this controversy is that by the end of 2021, all Muslim girl students come to school without hijab and suddenly on 2 January 2022, wearing hijab.  After that, during the voting of Uttar Pradesh, this protest acquires a fierce form.  The leaders of all the opposition parties, mentioning this issue in their speeches, claim a particular political party to be anti-religion and especially anti-Muslim.  Whereas this issue has nothing to do with Muslim religion.  This is understood by a well-educated and intelligent Muslim.  If all these things are taken into account properly, then political ambition and personal interest are clearly visible behind this protest.  Due to which innocent Muslim daughters are being used.

 This is very wrong.  There is a need to stop it.  Today the girls are moving forward with the boys eye to eye and shoulder to shoulder.

 Is it right to associate the hijab captive with religion only under the discipline of the school????

 Is it correct to combine all the students in one uniform with the slogan "First Hijab then 'Book'" to tie all the students together????

 Is it right to disturb the atmosphere of the country by making an issue related to school discipline an issue of religion????
