CAA ( Citizenship Amendment Act ) Protest

          हमारे देश मे लोकतंत्र है. इसीलिये हमारा संविधान हमे अपनी बात को खुलेआम रखने कि और अगर हमे कोई बात सही ना लगे तो उसका विरोध करने कि पुरी आजादी देता है.  अगर कोई बात या कोई मुद्दा हमे गलत लगे तो उसका विरोध करना भी चाहिये. फिर चाहे वो बात हमारी निजी जिंदगी से जुडी हो या फिर देश से जुडी हो.  

          पर किसी चीज को बिना समझे विरोध करके देश का माहौल खराब करने कि कोशिश करना क्या सही है...  किसी चीज के बारे मे लोगों को गलत बाते बताकर उनको गुमराह करना क्या सही है.... विरोध के चलते देश को तोडने कि बाते करने वालों को मंच दे देना क्या सही है.... आज पुरे देश को इन सारी बातों के बारे मे सोचने कि और उन बातों को समझने कि जरुरत है. 

         मोदी सरकार के अंतर्गत देश कि संसद मे एक बिल लाया गया जिसका नाम था CAB.  ये बिल संसद मे पारीत होकर उसमे राष्ट्रपती कि मुहर लगने के बाद वो बिल CAA बन गया जिसे हिंदी मे नागरीकता संशोधन कानून कहते है. इस कानून के बनते ही मुस्लिम धर्म के लोगों कि तरफ से इस कानून का विरोध शुरु हो गया.... क्या ये सही है ये जानने के लिए इस कानून को समझना जरुरी है. 

         दरअसल ये कानून कहता है के पाकिस्तान, बांग्लादेश और अफगाणिस्तान मे रहने वाले अल्पसंख्यक लोग जिनकि धार्मिक प्रताडना होती है,  जिनका जबरन धर्मांतरण किया जाता है,  जिनकि बहू बेटीयों के साथ धर्म के नाम पे अभद्र व्यवहार किया जाता है..... ऐसे लोगों को भारत मे भारत कि नागरिकता मिल सकती है. इस कानून मे हिंदू,  सिख,  इसाई,  जैन,  पारसी और बुद्ध जैसे धर्मो को शामिल किया गया है. अब मुस्लिम धर्म के लोगों को  ये आपत्ती है के इस कानून मे इस्लाम धर्म को शामिल क्यो नहीं किया गया. 

         दोस्तो.... ये कानून उन तीन देशो मे रहनेवाले अल्पसंख्यक समाज को न्याय देने कि बात करता है और ये तीनो देश इस्लामिक राष्ट्र है जहाँ पे मुस्लिम बहूसंख्यक है. तो फिर धार्मिक प्रताडना को मध्य नजर रखते हुए बनाये गये इस कानून मे मुस्लिम धर्म किस प्रकार आं सकता है जब कि इन तीनो देशो मे अल्पसंख्यक समाज पे धार्मिक प्रताडना इसी समाज के द्वारा होती है.  फिर भी इन देशो से कोई मुस्लिम परिवार या नागरीक भारत कि नागरिकता पाना चाहता है तो वो आवेदन कर सकता है.  उसके लिए एक अलग तरिका है जिसमे कही सारे मुस्लिम लोगों को भारत कि नागरिकता मिल चुकी है.  जिसमे से ही एक बडा नाम है,  जिनका नाम अदनान सामी है. 

         और रही बात इस कानून से भारत मे रहनेवाले मुस्लिम लोगों कि नागरिकता जाने का कोई डर है क्या तो ऐसा कुछ भी इस कानून मे लिखा नहीं है  और नाही किसी मुस्लिम नागरीक कि नागरिकता जाने वाली है. तो फिर ये विरोध क्यो??  

        फिर भी किसी बात का शांतीपूर्ण विरोध समझ मे आता है.  पर विरोध के नाम पे सडक जाम कर देना और देश के लोगों कि दैनंदिन दिनचर्या को बिघाड देना क्या सही है, जिस  कानून से हमारे देश के मुस्लिम समाज को कोई नुकसान ना होते हुए भो कानून को बिना समझे विरोध करके पुरे देश कि शांती भंग करना क्या सही है,  इस विरोध के चलते विरोध मे शामिल हुए एक मुस्लिम महिला के 4 महिने के बेटे का गुजर जाना और फिर  मुस्लिम कट्टरपंथीयो के द्वारा उसे शहीद करार दे देना क्या सही है. . 

          मै सारे मुस्लिम समाज को गलत नहीं कह रहा हू पर कुछ मुस्लिम कट्टरपंथी लोग है जो बाकी लोगों मे गलतफैमिया और डर फैलाकर मुस्लिम समाज को देशविरोधी गतिविधियों मे शामिल करने  कि कोशिश कर रहे है. मुस्लिम समाज को ऐसे लोगों को पहचान ने कि और ऐसे लोगों को समझने कि जरुरत है.

          दोस्तो... मै इस विरोध को देश कि अखंडता को बिघाडने कि साजिश करार देता हू. आप क्या सोचते है हमे नीचे कंमेंट बॉक्स मे जरूर बतायें.

There is democracy in our country.  That is why our constitution gives us the freedom to keep our point open and to oppose it if we do not find anything right.  If we find something wrong or an issue, then we should also oppose it.  Then whether it is related to our personal life or it is related to the country.

 But what is the right way to try to spoil the environment of the country by protesting without thinking anything ... What is the right to mislead people by telling them wrong things about something .... Talk about breaking the country due to protest  Is it right to give the platform to those who do it? Today, the whole country needs to think about all these things and understand those things.

 Under the Modi government, a bill was introduced in the Parliament of the country called CAB.  This bill was passed in the Parliament and after it was approved by the President, it became the CAA Bill, which is called the Citizenship Amendment Act in Hindi.  As soon as this law was formed, opposition from this law started on behalf of the people of Muslim religion .... It is important to understand this law to know whether it is right.

 In fact, this law says that minorities living in Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan who have religious persecution, who are forcibly converted, whose daughters are treated indecently in the name of religion .....  People can get citizenship of India in India.  This law includes religions like Hindu, Sikh, Christian, Jain, Parsi and Buddha.  Now people of Muslim religion have objected that why Islam was not included in this law.

 Friends… This law talks about giving justice to the minority society living in those three countries and these three countries are Islamic nation where Muslims are majority.  Then, keeping in view the religious persecution, how can the Muslim religion be included in this law, when the religious oppression of minority society in these three countries is done by this society.  Nevertheless, if any Muslim family or citizen from these countries wants to get citizenship of India, then he can apply.  There is a different way for him in which all Muslim people have got citizenship of India.  Of which there is a big name, whose name is Adnan Sami.

 And there is no fear of Muslim citizens living in India from this law, is there anything written in this law and neither is the citizenship of any Muslim citizen.  Then why this protest ??

 Nevertheless, peaceful opposition to anything is understandable.  But what is the right to block the road in the name of protest and to spoil the daily routine of the people of the country, by which the law does not harm the Muslim society of our country and without disturbing the law, dissolve the peace of the entire country.  What is right, is it right for a Muslim woman who joined the protest to pass away the son of 4 months and then declared him a martyr by Muslim fundamentalists.

 I am not calling all Muslim society wrong, but there are some Muslim fundamentalist people who are trying to involve Muslim society in anti-national activities by spreading misinformation and fear among others.  Muslim society recognized such people and there is a need to understand such people.
